2) Services & Availability

We provide mobile tire repair, replacement, and balancing throughout South Florida (including Miami, Hollywood, Miramar, Aventura, and nearby communities). Availability may vary due to technician schedules, traffic, weather, safety conditions, parts availability, and coverage at the time of your request.

3) Booking, Quotes & Payments

  • Book by phone or via our website form.

  • Quotes are based on vehicle, location, and service scope; final pricing is confirmed on dispatch/arrival.

  • After a technician is dispatched, a call-out/service fee may apply even if you cancel prior to arrival.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted: cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments (confirm availability when booking).

4) Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Before dispatch: no fee.

  • After dispatch / technician en route: a call-out fee may apply.

  • No-show / inaccessible vehicle: call-out fee may apply.

5) Workmanship, Parts & Warranty

  • Tire repairs and installations include a 30-day limited workmanship warranty covering labor and materials used by Wheel Rush LLC.

  • Warranty excludes: pre-existing damage, road hazards after service, misuse, neglect, racing/track use, or issues unrelated to the serviced tire/wheel.

  • If a tire cannot be safely repaired per industry standards, we may recommend replacement.

6) Safety & On-Site Conditions

Mobile work is performed at the customer’s location. You agree to provide a safe, level area for service and to follow technician instructions for safety. We may decline or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe or noncompliant.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Wheel Rush LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of time, income, or use of vehicle). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.

8) Website Use & Content

All site content (text, logos, images) is owned by Wheel Rush LLC and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy or redistribute content without written consent. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9) Third-Party Services & Links

Our site and marketing may reference or integrate third-party services (e.g., Cloudflare hosting, Google services, BBB, Yelp, Nextdoor, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, advertising/analytics). Each third party has independent policies and terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10) Data, Cookies & Ads

We may use basic analytics, call-tracking, form submissions, and advertising pixels to operate and improve services. Details are governed by our Privacy Policy (including cookies/ads) and not by these Terms. By using the site, you consent to such processing per the Privacy Policy.

11) Changes to Services or Pricing

We may update services, pricing, and promotions without notice, except where prohibited by law. Quotes provided prior to dispatch are estimates and may change upon inspection.

12) Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the courts of Miami-Dade County, FL. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13) Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
